We Love Santa!

We took Ben to see Santa the other day and he was not going to have anything to do with the Big Guy, so I tried again today. He was still a little leery, so one of the elves suggested that Mommy should visit with Santa, too.

Halloween!!

This year, Ben was a turkey for Halloween. He loved dressing up and also loved getting lots of yummy candy!

Big News!

We are so excited to announce that we are expecting our second child! I am due on May 2nd, 2009. Ben doesn't really know what is going on, but he looks awfully cute in his big brother shirt!

Update on Us

It's been awhile since I've posted anything, it's just been so busy! We had a great summer. We visited the Bronx Zoo, played outside and spent a lot of time with friends and family. Ben is doing great. He is talking up a storm and his personality just keeps blossoming. He is a funny little guy and has us continually laughing. We are getting ready for Fall at the farm and just enjoying our little boy. Here are some recent pictures!

Uncle Drew and Aunt Vanessa's Wedding

We attended Drew and Vanessa's Wedding on August 23rd. It was really lovely and we had a great time. Ben and his cousin, Matthew were honorary ringbearers and they really enjoyed being with family and playing together!

18 Months Old!

Well, Ben turned 1 1/2 on Tuesday. Time is just flying right by! He is talking up a storm, climbing, loves being outside and especially loves rides in the tractor, golf cart, gator, forklift... anything with a steering wheel!!

Playing with Matthew!

A couple weeks ago, Grandma, PopPop, Aunt Becca, Uncle Daryn and Cousin Matthew came over to play. The boys had a great time!

New Arrival!

Barbara Elizabeth Ashley was born on June 21st (almost a month before her due date!) She weighed in at 5 lbs 6 oz and is doing wonderfully. Ben is so excited to play with his new cousin. Congrats Scott and Chrisy!!
